Returns Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our website but if you wish to return an item to us, then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Any item may be returned within 7 days so long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please email us with details of your order anbd we will provide you with retuen details.  Once we have received the item we will refund you as quickly as possible.

Please note postage and packing will not be refunded unless a product is deemed faulty.  An additional charge for postage and packing will be required for an exchange.

Faulty or damaged items must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail and returned within 7 days of delivery with all original packaging.

We strongly advise returning the item by recorded delivery or registered post as we are unable to accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.  

Goods should be securely packaged and sent back postage paid to the address provided.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
